Ikebana principles in this month's arrangement:
Our lesson will focus on creating an arrangement that can be viewed from all sides. This means you’ll need to continually view each side of your arrangement as you arrange, and carefully place your baby’s breath and leaves to hide the kenzan from every angle. The goal is to create an arrangement that highlights a different aspect of your materials from each side. Depending on where you stand, the main focus could be the baby’s breath, the dendrobium, the xanadu leaves, or the lily leaves.
Care tip:
Soak your entire dendrobium stem (including flowers) in water to help it hydrate.
Change the water in your vase by running your vase under a tap for a couple of minutes. This allows the old water to flow out and fresh water to flow in.
